Like Genesis Toroid, Neptune Prospect simulates gravity by rotating around its main axis. Colloquially known as 'The Bracelet'. In orbit around Neptune.

Mission

• Sweep outer Solar System for valuable resources (mining potential etc.)
• SETI-type listening station, away from chaotic radio 'noise' at the core planets (Earth and Mars, for example).

Facilities

• Fusion reactor(s).
• Docks.
• Hydroponics farm.
• Habitation decks.
• Casino (inspiration: "The Fever", Twilight Zone).

Was at one point a staging-point for would be interstellar vessels - the 'space hulks'.
